This process is very easy. You can simply navigate to our main website http://www.techlogicsolutions.com/hosting/index.php and choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Once you choose your plan, you can go through the order process, and complete your payment.

All accounts are created manually upon payment, and once activated you will receive your Welcome Email which will include your login details and nameserver information.

After you receive your Welcome email, login to your client area and submit a ticket to the support department with the login details of your old hosting account and we will begin to transfer everything over for you.

After the transfer has been completed you will be sent a notification that your transfer is complete at which point you can then proceed to your Domain Registrar and change your nameservers on that domain name to the Tech Logic nameservers. If you Domain Registrar is now us at Tech Logic then you can login to your client area to change your nameservers.

For Windows hosting the transfer process is you backup your files & databases on old host then upload the files to our server and restore database in control panel. You can review website via a temporary link and change domain nameserver to our server dns when everything is ok.
